Our policy lasts 15 days, however, if 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange :( Save it for a gift!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, click HERE or submit a request at the bottom of the page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Retail store purchases
POLICYhandbags.com does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. Returns must be made in the store where the item was originally purchased.
How do I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again :) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Can I return a sale style?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.You can always re-gift :)

POLICY Handbags were designed to follow the regulations of sporting stadiums. However, we cannot guarantee these bags will meet the requirements of every stadium. Security implements the right to allow which handbags will be allowed into the stadium. We highly recommend verifying your particular stadium rules to avoid delays at security. How Long After I Place An Order Will It Be Shipped?
For orders placed by 2 p.m. ET, most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.
**Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all orders placed on these days and after 2 PM on Friday will be shipped by the next business day (Monday).
Shipping General Information
We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
**Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided an approximate shipment date. Items purchased at a retail location cannot be returned through policyhandbags.com returns center.
US Shipping Information
Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.
To ensure delivery at a certain time, you may select USPS-Priority Mail or UPS delivery at checkout
Tracking for your order is emailed or texted (depending on what you choose at checkout) to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive order confirmation. All order confirmations will be emailed from info@policyhandbags.com or texted to the number provided at checkout. Please do not checkout with a landline phone number.
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders over $65+. Standard Shipping delivery takes can take 2-6 business days (depending on location) from the date of shipping out.
Paid USPS Priority shipping with estimated delivery within 2 business days after processing.
Paid USPS-1 Day Express shipping with estimated delivery within 1 business day after processing.
Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
Once the package has left our warehouse, Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.
International Shipping Information
All international packages are shipped via USPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. Policyhandbags.com is not responsible for these fees.
Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
I love this bag! All the clear bags are amazing quality with an unbeatable price. I was nervous at first about the price and thought it would look cheap like the ones I have seen in stores, but noooo these are such high quality and look better than some of the high-end designer clear bags I have seen for $500+
