I love, love, love all of my policy bags. Take them to every concert and sporting event and they look so amazing. This is my third and largest bag. I’m usually a very small bag lady but this one is perfect.

Called customer service and spoke with (Jen) she was on it right away and sent me a replacement which arrived two days later. The bag is top notch quality and along with the replacement were a few little extra goodies and a very sweet thank you note hand written by Jen.
