How Long After I Place An Order Will It Be Shipped?

For orders placed by 2 p.m. ET, most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

**Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all orders placed on these days and after 2 PM on Friday will be shipped by the next business day (Monday).

Shipping General Information

  • We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from the warehouse.
  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
  • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
  • If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

**Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided an approximate shipment date. Items purchased at a retail location, wholesale marketplace, or Etsy cannot be returned throughpolicyhandbags.com returns center.

US Shipping Information

Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

  • To ensure delivery at a certain time, you may select USPS-Priority Mail or UPS delivery at checkout
  • Tracking for your order is emailed or texted (depending on what you choose at checkout) to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive order confirmation. All order confirmations will be emailed from info@policyhandbags.com or texted to the number provided at checkout. Please do not checkout with a landline phone number.
  • Currently policyhandbags.com offers Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders! Standard Shipping delivery takes can take 2-6 business days (depending on location) from the date of shipping out.
  • Paid USPS Priority shipping with estimated delivery within 2 business days after processing.
  • Paid USPS-1 Day Express shipping with estimated delivery within 1 business day after processing.
  • Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
  • Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
  • Once the package has left our warehouse, Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days.  Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.

International Shipping Information

  • All international packages are shipped via USPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
  • Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
  • International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. Policyhandbags.com is not responsible for these fees.
  • Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
