Bags are the fashion item that helps a woman navigate her life every single day and carry the things that are suppose to be necessities. However, if your handbag looks a lot like your disheveled closet (like mine did), chances are your messy bag could be a factor of unnecessary stress in your everyday life.
Over the past few weeks, it's become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented challenge. Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can to help keep our communities and our families safe and healthy. I’m reaching out to you personally to let you know what we’re doing here at Policy to put the health and safety of our customers and staff during this period of uncertainty.
Here are some steps we’re taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and to ensure we stay fresh & clean for the best shopping experience for you:
Sanitation – Maintaining a clean and healthy work environment is a top priority. Not only do we ALWAYS clean and inspect your orders before shipping, we are introducing rigorous additional cleaning procedures, and are increasing the number of wipes, hand sanitizers, and other cleaning materials used before packing shipments. We have been following the CDC closely and adhering to their guidelines for staff, associates, and customers to use.
**We’ve also suspended all in-office food, shared fridge beverages, and mandatory hand sanitizer must be carried (in your clear bag of course) at all times!
Products – All handbags are removed from packaging, cleaned, sanitized and then re-packaged in sanitary dust covers & NEW poly-bags. All wrapping paper and supplies are opened everyday, and not handled unless employees hands have been completely washed and sanitized. All employees will be required to wear sanitary gloves when handling any product or shipment. All gloves are disposed daily, outside of the office. Any returned product will not be re-sold at this time. All of these sanitary measures apply to ANY shipment of order, including sample sale orders.
Delivery Delays – We are seeing delays in shipments, due to couriers, however, our shipping headquarters is trying our best to make turnaround as fast as possible. As always, we’ll email you with delivery timing, so you’ll know when to expect your order or if there are any delays! *UPDATE- UPS hours have changed and we will do our best to get your shipment out, however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed at this time. We have removed all shipping upgrades and choice of courier to follow the rules of our State mandated stay-at-home order. We are offering you FREE SHIPPING on everything at checkout! I hope everyone can understand that we are doing our best to stay positive and provide you with the best customer service as possible :)
